What Happend ?

I purchased a gas oven from Peach Zone about 6 months ago and the service at the time was by far one of the best I had. I received my order literally a day later and they communicated with me exceptionally well even after I had it installed I shared pictures with them. I actually went onto their site today thinking I'll spoil myself with a new appliance from them, so I'm quite saddened by this current situation and my trust has now been broken.
