Peaches and Spice - Worst experience

I definitely do not recommend Peaches and Spice! I was so excited to order the bridal gowns from Tanya and I had the worst experience! Inconsistent length, poor finishing touches and attention to basic detail! I have never been so disappointed, when I first got them back they were extremely long, way below the knee. Tanya (peaches and spice) said she will shorten them, Myself and my mom pinned them up just above the knee(we triple checked the lengths were right) I then got them back extremely short, in the middle of the bum!!! BUT Not only the cutting, the hemlines are skew and badly finished off. Tanya said she will add lace onto the gowns (which definitely will not fix this mess up) I told her I shouldn't be charged anything additional and Tanya was then very rude and acted in such bad faith, She has kept blaming me for this, At the end of the day she is THE EXPERT and this remains her responsibility, if she claims that I, the customer Pinned it incorrectly as THE EXPERT she should Questioned it, before cutting! I would not want another bride or any one for that matter to go through this horrible experience!
