Repellant not working for me and my son

I bought Peaceful Sleep, Family Care and it's really not working at all on both my son and I. Tried returning it after two days and Clicks refused to take it back and said I should contact Peaceful sleep. I did so and they are not getting back to me. I haven't used the spray after trying to return it. I'm being bitten by mosquitoes yet I have a repellent that is not working in the house.
