Horrible Cake

I would not normally not do this but i am so angry right now since i was told that I am trying my luck. Please take in to account that i have used their services previously and had no problem. Here goes we ordered a cake from Peace of Cake in Bellville. So firstly my husband drove all the way from Milnerton to collect the cake, then I received a photograph and it was the incorrect cake. Once I told her it was the incorrect cake I was told to check my e-mails. Which I did and she i was right. Which brought me to tears since my daughter expected a certain type of cake. Once we established She was in the wrong, my husband had to leave his place of work drive through again from Milnerton to take the cake back. so he had to drive twice and left important meetings. Then she proceeded saying it would take at least an hour to fix the cake which had me worried but I did not say anything. So when the cake arrived it looked like a rush job with a cheap 4 rand cone on top which was suppose to be a sugar cone. Now to hear from a lot of your guest at the party Vanessa this cake is dry and hard. Which most of the cake was thrown away. And on top of everything, this morning when i approached her saying that it is only fair that she refunds us, she is making out as if I am in the wrong and telling me that I am trying my luck. This just made me so angry. So I will put up a complain on every single page possible. After all i paid R800,00 for the cake and to hear from most of your guest that the cake is dry and my daughter who took one bit and said mommy Spar's red velvet cupcakes is far better. Inspecting the cake closely you can honestly see that the fixing of the cake was rushed due to the uneven way spreading of the icing.
