Horrible behaviour from management to security

We booked a house at Pecanwood Estate, Hartbee****rt, for the weekend 01 December 2017 to 03 December 2017. Upon our arrival on Friday 01/12/17 we checked in with no issues, on Saturday we left went out to check out the scenery around Magaliesburg. Upon our return at the estate, security told us we were not allowed to access the complex because our names were not on the list; which was odd because we were allowed in the day before with no identification required from the passengers. After 30-45 minutes of trying to prove that we were booked in and having had to speak to Celia who was responsible for our booking, as well as showing them the key to the house (which didn't help) we were finally allowed in, but not before security told us that the reason why we (people of colour) were given a hard time was because some girl had previously overdosed on drugs and died in that complex. Its sad that our money is good enough but we were treated like *********/ junkies even after email communication was shown that we had paid for the house. Ridiculous how in our country we still subjected to such treatment and behaviour.
