*********** Manageress / and Traffic Dep PE

I lost my Driver's Licence and app**** for another. I was issued with a temporary licence 27July 2019 which expired late in Jan 2020. 6th Jan 2020 I went to enquire why no one answers phones and hopefully collect my new one. I was not even on their system! Fingerprints etc were retaken and was assured Licence would take 3 to 4 weeks. I asked for proof that I had reapp**** as it was their error. "You dont need it. Your Licence will be here 1st week in Feb" I rang this morning 13th Feb.. no Licence! A VERY rude Manageress put all the blame on me! "Why did I apply for a temporary Licence" ? I didnt- I was issued with one whilst waiting for a new one. This rude lady informed me that the application was only sent off on the 1st FEB! That's 25 days after I reapp****! Why have we got such ***********, rude people put in a Managerial position? No idea how to deal with the public. Totally disgusted with the Service we are forced to accept. The lady in question has an Afrikaans surname and accent. Disgusted PE
