Horrible experience at Korsten Licencing department.

Today I went to renew my drivers licence, When I went for my eye test, a certain lady that tested my eyes was rude and abrupt to me, the more I was telling her that I cant focus due to a backlight that was interfering with my line of sight, she just ignored me, and told me this was my last chance, very rude and abrupt person, she carried on munching away snacking something, I had a horrific experience, people like this should not be working with the public. I must say the rest of the staff were friendly.
