Bad/No Service

Early December 2024 my wife handed in her Pfaff machine for repairs. Up to now we had different answers for why the machine has not been repaired. W've been told on numerous occasions that they will come back to us. Firstly we were told the technician was sick ( eye problem) today he was looking for a part. I told them I need my machine but it does not seem to bother them.
