true colors shown again

I just got to say so again. Stars ***** to them again. PE Propshafts @pepropshafts · Automotive Repair Shop 13 North road 6001 Port Elizabeth, South Africa *** Drive shaft just suddenly collapsed today on W/Moffet , F'kit, like not even a year old, they just fitted it. I phone in and tell what happened, and hear the following. It appears that some time back there was a fault somewhere in the world where the bearings come from and the amount of grease in sealed bearing was too little. The bearing has seized and destroyed that connected to it. I asked what now, I am stuck? Get told they will send a mechanic out NOW. 30 mins later the driveshaft is off and gone, 30 mins later I am told its fixed, I drive bakkie in front wheel drive to workshop and 30 mins later its fixed. Sorry bout that Dave. No stories. No part cost sharing. No get it to us. Just absolute service - our problem we fix it and say sorry. BRILLIANT BRILLIANT CUSTOMER CARE
