PE college struandale campus

What a shame that people working at an institution like PE college struandale campus could give a place a bad name only because they are ***********. From application to registration, not once did we find it pleasing. Always a problem and no system in place that works. Absolutely no correspondence from them regarding progress on the application and when one phone them nobody answers the phone. We were lucky to at least get through to them once to follow up on the registration application but thats it. When you go there to see the relevant people to ask or enquire it seems as if the office staff are all on permanent holiday. Its either they not there or they in a meeting. We eventually decided not to do any further enrollments and requested them to refund us the money which was due to us as we overpaid on a previous course. Another nightmare just trying to process that application. Seems as though they dont want to refund people but anyway. Long story short, the first application to refund was "apparently" lost. This was only told to us three months later and only because we followed up. Nonetheless we completed another form in October and was told they will try to speed up this application because its the second time. This application was also now waiting for a certain "Mr Dolley" who should sign the form for it to be processed. Just seems as if this form cannot get to the relevant people in order for it to be processed. A few days later we enquired and guess what, still waiting for the form to be signed. We tried phoning the lady in finance who promised that she will have it signed asap, but no answer. From our side we did everything we could and its just a waiting game now. Anyone trying to call or get hold of the relevant people, I wish you good luck. I thought Iqayiya was a place that was properly run but what i saw is pathetic. The few lazy workers making everything and everyone look bad. So sad that I'll never recommend anyone to study at your college.
