Unqualified Vets - Wrong diagnosis

I called PDSA before i took my dog there. I was reassured they will help all animals and no one gets turned away. We went there to see the vet, he didnt even touch her to examine her only to be told its been more than 24 hours they cant help us next option is to put the dog down. Took her to a different Vet and they gave her the right meds and said she must just be on bed rest and she will be okay. How to justify them telling me to put my dog down instead of even giving her a chance is beyond me- So much for the love of animals. I will never recommend them to anybody. Please get a second opinion if you go there. They clearly just take the easy way out.
