Ensure you are quoted for the correct plumbing

<p>PDO Services installed a new toilet bowl.</p> <p>I raised my concerns about a 6 cm gap behind the cistern, but was said 'It is fine'.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got another plumber to come and confirm, and he stated that the wrong toilet bowl was infact installed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Paul now stats that he quoted for a toilet bowl and one was installed.</p> <p>He will not install the correct one, without me paying him for the new bowl and installation.</p> <p> </p> <p>When using them, ensure that the correct work is done first time. As they just do a job to get the money it seems.</p>
