Angry - WANT ACTION and REFUND

NO authorization or CONSENT was given to go a head and supply my mom of 87 with a waking FRAME- no one asked me if she had one - they eagerly proceeded to give one to my mom with XTRA additional pole for height , at a FURTHER additional Amount - NO AUTHRIZATION FROM KEY HEALTH MEDICAL AID WAS REQUESTED !!!which was not necessary to make a SALE- I have already arranged a Walker and Medical aid aid for that - her cycle is for every 4 YEARS - which was used now for that purpose for her and she already had a frame to walk with at home. My mom was RELEASE! and today received an account from PDM Orthopaedic Services (Pretorius De Muelenaere), requesting payment - WE DO NOT NEED TWO FRAMES AND EXTRA POLES FOR HEIGHT- REQUESTED A COLLECTION AND CREDIT - NO FEED BACK AS YET - DR LAUREN FORD's name was on the account as Doctors - but not contracted to Key Health !! what is being done about this- LOOKS LIKE WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES >>>>>>I WILL be contacting Medical Aid - to Notify of the mis conduct and incorrect Proceedure
