Unauthorized enquiry on my credit profile

I have pick up an enquiry from this company on my profile you because of your unauthorized enquiry my credit score is 6 point lower .Please remove this cause I don't know who you are and I never made any enquiry with you. This is ***** I worked very hard to bring my score where it is today to have you bring it down like this.
