Unauthorised credit report enquiry

I just viewed my credit report and have noticed that PDG VAF has done an enquiry on my credit report and this has impacted my rating. The unknown enquiry was conducted on the 02 July 2019. I need to know who authorized for this to happen and for someone form this company to contact me and arrange for this to be rectified.
