******** on my ITC record

I don't know who gave this company the authority to my ITC, I'm very ****ed at the moment as we living in tough times and trying to keep my ITC report clean. I don't know where they came from their registration is doggy its almost like they ******** people. Why are we not protected by NCR from such wholfs? They denting my record and for what? Please kindly help, I'm very extremely annoyed.
