PDG VAF *****

I suspect a ********** activity on my credit report by this company called PDG VAF2 . Its an enquiry I know nothing about seemingly done on 13 September 2021. I would really like to urge credit bureaus to be very strict in allowing who makes inquiries especially unauthorized inquiries on people's records. The above has really affected my credit score, and i would like to get feedback ASAP, as to how the issue was resolved and a way forward.
