PDF Filler IS NOT FREE - NO NOT EVEN FOR 7 DAYS!
I thought that I made use of their FREE converting of PDF to word. I received information from my IT Department to rather use another co. that is really free. I emailed Sarah from PDF Filler to say that I want to cancel as they give you 7 days in which to cancel. i received an email to say "sorry that you're cancelling" and then my account was debited with R2,969.71 today.

03 Jul 2024, 12:59PDF rep**** that I made use of their services after I had said that I wanted to unsubscribe when I downloaded a Schengen Visa application and converted it to Word. They told me they would return my R2969.71 within 5 -7 business days and have been very professional and empathetic. @hellopeter my unhappy face emoticon can be amended to a nearly happy face now, please. What I would say however is not to give your bank details to any unknown company and if you absolutely have to, like I did, make sure you take screenshots of all their contact details and also what you are agreeing to with them.
