unauthorized credit application enquirers on my account

they is this Company by the name of PDG VAF FOR UNKNOWN, has than a credit application under and i didn't give them the consent to do the credit check.And what surprise me i don' t even know the company

please kindly assist for this company must delete my ID number to there data base
