Pdf Master/PayPal are *****s

Please be aware. I wanted to edit a pdf document in November 2023 and clicked on Pdf Master as they were offering that. They charged me R39.95 but automatically subscribed me for the service without me agreeing. Since I had paid with my debit card they already had my banking details. They went further to deduct R966.41 which they termed subscription fees which I never chose and agreed to. I have been trying to get my refund since 3 November 2023 and everytime they promise to refund in 14 days. They use different reference numbers on every response I have several #636259 , #663036, #710855 just to name a few. Be warmed people Pdf Master will subscribe you and deduct your monies and you will never get a refund.
