Double-Billing from two entities which is only one and Partner of Microsoft

These are not two different companies. They are the same under different names and website links. What they don't tell paid subscribers is in order to use the software you have to put off your anti-virus as the software can only run with the anti-virus turned off.

You wait days on end for them to respond and if so, it is NOT helpful.

Examples:

I can assure you that the installation file of your purchased product is safe and clean, but some antiviruses could be too aggressive and they block the activation of the program.

I advise you temporary disable your antivirus and firewall in order to successfully activate the program.

From a person called Ronie:

I paid for Architect and Soda but it seems it is the same product under different names? That means I paid for two different pdf applications. My concern is it is STILL NOT working. Why should I exit my anti-virus software so your product can work? - Response admitting it is the same company: Please note that you have two active subscriptions for Soda PDF 360 Pro and PDF Architect Professional Plan.

The company should provide a written letter describing the above and return funds paid to them.
