Wonderful service!. I needed to join a Zoom meeting, but my desktop wouldn't recognise my new webcam and my laptop (which has a built-in webcam) can no longer connect to the Internet. I phoned Jan, who came round the following morning and sorted out both problems within an hour at a very reasonable cost. I recommend his work highly.
