Got sold a code 3 (rebuilt) vehicle registered as a code 2 (used)

Bought a second hand 2014 Chev Utility in October 2015 from PCO Majestic Auto; Address: 128 Van Riebeeck Ave, Johannesburg, 1610; Phone:***. Physical inspection of the vehicle & the registration papers all indicated to a good condition second hand vehicle. Discovered in May 2016 that the vehicle was in fact a rebuilt as it was in a very serious accident before. It should have been registered on eNatis as a code 3. None of this was disclosed to me. Past owner of the vehicle was among others an insurance company.
