slow regisrtation

Good afternoon. It has been two weeks since I began my application for a practice number, I have been given the run around with the application. first im told i need a statement from the HPCSA which o clearly explained is problematic, for omnn the HPCSA side it showed a zero residual balance, however from my side of the portal i can access it showed that i owed R6090 which i had clearly payed, i went as far to forward the payment slip. Having eventually passed that stage, I am now told that HR needs verification of my resignation, despite me having sent the form a week ago, only now a week later I am told they need to email them, this is the second day and that still has not been allocated. This puts my application a week back now and I start in my private practice in a week's time, i do not have time for the slow responses and the one email a day situation that has been happening. may this process please be expedited for i am to start my practice very soon and need my practice number.
