PCNS *********** workers

I needed to change my details with the PCNS so that they can update the details so that they are current for the medical aids to use my business information and banking details correctly. They insisted that I send the specific items via snail mail (post) as they do not accept emailed information. I did this and they rejected the items stating that I needed a signed declaration which they sent to me to complete. I have completed this declaration 3 times and they stipulate that I can send this document via email. each time I send it they send an email back stating that I need to complete the declaration which has already been done. This company is *********** and I am shocked that it is handling such delicate and frankly important information so badly. It seems that no one is reading their emails properly and no one is doing their job, What on Earth are they being paid for?
