Workmanship is sloppy and negligent

Workmanship is sloppy and negligent. Management is completely unaware of what is going on in the workshop, or dont care. Each time our car went in over a period of 9 months (for the same complaint, the main complaint is still not fixed) a part was changed, something else was broken and our car given back to us with the same issue unfixed and new things broken each time...at one time, after they had our car in for 7 weeks, we had 4 new issues after this visit to them: a flat battery that then needed replacing, leaking pipes, parts not put back properly, wheel alignment out and electronics malfunctioning. And the initial issue still no better after changing a part for the 3rd time. Yikes.
