Poor service from PCI and Asus computers

<p>I am extrememly dissappointed in using PCI computers as the middle man for buying my ASUS laptop.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received my newly bought laptop (R16 000) middle March 2017. To my dissappoint my first problem was that PCI computers did not activiate my windows liscence.</p> <p>After using my laptop for about 4-5 weeks, the laptop does not want to switch on after it was switched off.</p> <p>It was taken to a local company in Bloemfontein, that was able to switch it on, without needing to open the laptop.</p> <p>ANother 3 weeks down the line, the laptop dies instantly, this time without any luck to be switched on by the local computer company.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 2 days I send it off to PCI COmputers in Potchefstroom, end of May 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to follow up after about a week with PCI to inquire about my laptop. The response: it was send to ASUS for assessment and repairs.</p> <p>After I made them attend on the poor serive that I am experiencing with regards to communication, I have been phoned about twice a week to keep me updated...only to get bad news everytime. I did not get a date of when my laptop will be finished but every time, the answer is 'they are working on it'.</p> <p>I finally get an anwser, that the hardware of the laptop was the problem and that they are fixing the hardware.</p> <p>Finally this week I get a message that my laptop is fixed and I will receive it either today (Friday 30 June or latest MOnday 3 July 2017).</p> <p>Happinesssssss, after all the struggle and I forget about the inconvenience of not having a computer, which is my MAIN enabler for being able to work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just to receive a call, today, with news that now the software to be put back onto the laptop is now giving problems, with no answer of when I will eventually get my laptop bac****!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely dissappointed in PCI COmputers' service as well as in the trusted brand ASUS.</p> <p> </p>
