PCD College Pretoria, waiting since 2018

Ive been waiting for my certificates since 201 8, i have contacted the college and Christo ,numerous times, now i am yet again asked to wait 8 weeks , my employer needs to register me , i paid all the money for training and now im not even able to use it , i would not recommend PCD college in Pretoria
