Can't get Trade certificate

Firstly would like to say staff was very friendly and the whole process was great from booking my course to doing the pre-trade test course to doing the actual trade test. The level of instructors is very high, with great understanding and teaching ability. my biggest problem is to actually get my Trade Certificate. We were warned that the certificate is handled from SETA and could take upto 6months. The problem is we going onto 2years now and its really starting to become a problem. I have lost out on numerous job opportunity across board, because i'm unable to prove qualification. I am in desperate need of this certificate now. If i don't call to follow up then i hear nothing from them. I get the same answer everytime, "we working on it".
