Insurance claim denied by PCAP consultants and New National

My Hifi was ****** last week. A full report and complaint at SAPS was filed. i am fully insured at New National, under PCAP consultants (Johan Kapp), Bellville.

Hereby i want to warn all people to be very careful doing business with you. They promise the world, but deliver nothing. They will find an excuse not to pay for a theft.

This is indeed the second time this is happening with me with them. They will find a reason not to pay a valid claim. They dont tell you that when you sign up with them.

This is in my opinion an example of those who are ******* in South Africa. In South Africa the consumer, like in this instance, is at the lower end of things.
