PC911 Computers not reliable

Ordered a laptop battery that was urgently needed. Waited patiently and paid for product and delivery. It was totally defective and could only charge up to 70% - PC911 was unwilling to give me a refund on the product they sold to me so I needed to purchase one elsewhere in order to urgently work on my laptop again and needed to pay someone else to test and replace. Did not want to take accountability to sort out on their own issue with their supplier. More than R1000 out of pocket. Very disappointing and frustrating.
