PC 911 Computers - Western Cape

Most unreliable, unprofessional people I have ever came across. They don't take any responsibility. UPS was installed 7 months ago it stop working, I phoned Louis from PC911 computers, and he told me it is my responsibility to take UPS to supplier. He informed me that the UPS do have a "carry in warranty" and there is nothing he can do. I phoned the supplier and they told me that a third party can not bring in the UPS. I was forced to buy new UPS and have it installed by new IT company.
