VERY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE

In November 2014 I bought a laptop from PC Zone. In April 2015 the charger packed up and I returned the charger to the shop in Overport. I was promised a turnaround time of 7 days. THREE days later I received a SMS that they need the laptop too. I handed it in on the 5th of May. It is now 3 WEEKS later and I am still waiting for my laptop<br> <br> I left messages on their Facebook page and received promises but no action. Now I can't even find them on Facebook! <br> <br> I understand now why they had to close their shop in Pinetown and now the shop in Overport. And Ballito is next. <br> <br> We can't complain about their service as there is no service.<br> <br> All I want is my laptop back with a serviceable charger or I will let my lawyers talk to them with cost.
