FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAD SERVICE

On 13/12/2013 I had purchased a QPAD Tablet PC RC9712C from PC Zone, Musgrave. i experienced problems with the initial product. The product was replaced in August 2014 by a new unit giving me another year warranty on the new unit. In February 2015 i experienced problems with the second unit. when i took the product back i was told they warranty was over but they will send it to the supplier for repairs which i will have to pay for. i was called and advised that the supplier cannot fix the product neither can PC Zone and i musts collect the product and have it repaired elsewhere. PC Zone carries a product that cannot be repaired by the supplier. I find this totally unacceptable that this is the response I get from PC Zone. Why on earth will they sell a product if the supplier cannot repair? Firstly when I was given the new unit in August 2014, I expected the warranty on the second unit to have a 1 year warranty on that unit. I feel I have been unfairly treated by PC Zone for selling a product to me which the supplier cannot repair, for not giving me a full year warranty on the new unit.
