Poor customer service and arrogant technicians

Haha this was absolutely the worst experience from the technical team. Not only could I not get any help, but after waiting 30 minutes for attention, after pestering everyone for attention, the technicians who was allocated to me refused to make me a simple RJ45 Ethernet cable because he “did not know how”.

They stand in the back laughing and chatting and ignoring customers. I walked out and bought a 20m from Game even though it was double the price. The service here was completely laughable.
