Dishonest owner , Waste of money, phone not repaired

I took my iphone 7 to PC Vitamins as the screen was not working. I was told by Matthew that the problem was the backlight and it needed replacement. This cost R1800 which I paid. After a few weeks the same problem occurred and I took it back to them, and this time i was told that the problem is the LCD is causing the backlight not to work and for a further R1400 they would replace the LCD. It was never mentioned at the beginning that the backlight problem may have been caused by something else in the phone. I was told by PC Vitamins that they would fix the backlight under warranty but they could not guarantee that it would not last unless i spent the extra money on the LCD. At this point the owner was abusive and put the phone down on me .As I did not want to spend more money on the phone i agreed to this and he told me it would be ready by Friday at 7pm. Four days later my son arrived to pick up the phone, the phone was not ready, and the owner started to yell and shout at my son explaining yet again that I needed to spend more money to fix the phone. The phone was not repaired, the backlight does not work and there is smoke coming out of the phone. R1800 down the drain.
