Urgent Refund Request

I did an application for my son Nkululeko Makhathini for N1 Electrical Engineering and I was assisted online by Gculisile Mhlongo. In all our communications mostly via phone calls. She confirmed that the Campus will be in Braamfontein Johannesburg. Payment of R4250 was done on Wednesday the 7th Feb. Gculisile then advised me that my son may start class on Friday the 9th Feb 2024, upon arrival we were advised that the campus for engineering is not in Braamfontein but in Pretoria. Based on where we reside, it will be physically impossible for him to commute to Pretoria every day and I cannot afford it anyway. I was then advised to go back to the person I spoke to and ask for a refund and I will have to write a letter with the reason for requesting a refund, she was to give me the form that I will fill and my refund will be processed.

I communicated with Gculisile and she told me that she was not in the office on Friday the 9th and she will be back on Monday. I need urgent assistance on this as I need the funds to register my son to another school before it's too late. Please note on the quotation she did mention the campus is Jacob Maree, and that was after everything including payment has been done. To this moment I do not know where Jacob Maree is.
