Cefticate run around

Certificate run around In February 2022 I registered for systems development nqf 4 with Richfield college via distance learning, in October 2022 my program coordinator stop responding to my emails and it was test week, finally called the office got his number, found out that they had unbundled pc training for Richfield college, with pc training taking the tvet and lower certificates and Richfield taking the HET certificates.

After exams I was promised that my results would be couriered to me or I would go get them at a jhb @76 jorrison campus Braamfontein, I collected my tablet from this campus. This never happened. Finished paying my due amount in May to get my certificate, there's been no communication from the college. Everytime I call Richfield they tell me to call Pc training, I keep getting the run around and take my name number someone will call. Last time I called two weeks ago my former program coordinator was at campus and not in office. Today he is off sick. This is at the DURBAN office.

My program coordinator email has changed three times in less than two years,from Richfield.ac.za, to go.pctraining, to aift.co.za. Can I report this to the education department, do I take legal action? Missed out a job in April because I didn't have my certificate.
