After struggling with another company who was supposed to install my new Dstv Ultra decoder, PC Soft were nominated to take over the Job and immediately they made contact with me to schedule installation. Leroy installed the decoder professionally and did not hesitate to go the extra mile, because later I found out dstv gave him the wrong decoder to install but he was very patient and kind in assisting us further. Excellent job Leroy. PC Soft really take pride in customer service, best I received in a long time.
