Refuse to Refund me

Just hope that you do not encounter a substandard product because then you realize that they do not communicate well and if they do it's because you are initiating the communication.

I am inclined to think that product knowledge on the printer that I purchased was lacking.

I never want to deal with Rowena! Too much too mention. I feel the printer i purchased did not meet my standards, I had to open and test it on the right papers to be sure.

Everything went downhill from there which makes me think this company is only to happy to accept your order and money but you are definitely on your own when you are unhappy with the performance of their products.

Still was unimpressed even after it went to their assessors , yielded same results and I refused to accept delivery of the machine because the printout was still not meeting standards.

No communication just tried to dump it on me.

Next contact person Natasha. Followed up the events that led to the fallout.

And now apparently being "escalated" to "senior management " on the 1st September and yesterday I again am doing the follow up call as no Senior management as contacted me either via email or a mere phone call.

And was told they are on lunch and informed that they will get back to me supposedly someone by the name of Naran.

Heard nothing now from Natasha/ Naran it's the next day.

I have sent my banking details confirmation letter on the 26th August.

Honestly not asking for daily chats or emails just my money back.

Save yourself and buy from big companies so you don't experience what i have.

Good thing I didn't agree to salvage this order!!!!

And yes - I am taking action against you because you are *********.
