Refund

i purchased a acer pc on their website which showed in stock, only later to get an email to say the item is discontinued. i requested a refund to which i was told, it would take 24-48. its day 5 already and after numerous emails and phone calls i have not gotten any clarity to if the order was cancelled and my refund was processed. Poor service.
