Poor service and struggle to get a refund

I was urgently looking for a Mecer 1200VA 720W 12V Power Inverter (IVR-1200LBKS), firstly they stated no stock which was acceptable and I clicked on the link tell me when you have stock. 2 days later they notified me by email that they have stock and I immediately ordered and made payment this was Saturday 9th July 2022.

They then advised me on the 11th July they don't have stock and their system was incorrect to send me a mail, however they can deliver by 5th August which I declined and requested a refund.

To date I have not received any refund into my account after numerous attempts dealing with Natasha Padayachee, she even asked me for my delivery note so she can provide an invoice pure incompetence's on her and PC Shopper side.

I managed to get the same stock the same day as ordered and paid for from Geewiz and will definitely in future purchase from them and never use PC Shopper again

I may be a small client that you, Natasha Padayachee and PC Shopper don't care about but remember word of mouth from a small guy can kill a business total shocking service from PC Shopper and their staff.

Oh by the way can I please get my refund now you have had my money for over a month now
