Poor delivery performance and communication from PCShopper..

I ordered this printer online. The transaction was acknowledged by Jerome Moodley by email on 21 February 2018. By Wednesday nothing was delivered nor communicated. I phoned and was promised delivery on Thursday. Nothing happened and again I had to phone just to be told that he promises that I will have the printer on Friday morning 09h00. Nothing happened. GOT a phonecall asking me if the printer was delivered. Answer was NO?. He promised to phone me back in minutes....... Nothing. Friday is 20 hours and 55 minutes old, nothing, no delivery, no phonecall... Pathetic..

PCShopper has apologised sincerely. The owner also phoned to apologise and the printer was delivered by themselves.
