PC Shopper terrible service

Terrible service. Every time I called to get a tracking number they just said they're waiting for it and will send as soon as they get it. They say 2-5 business days for delivery and only by day 5 I got a tracking number. I should have rather spent the extra R100 to use a reputable supplier that sticks to their promises. Now I just hope the thing works when it arrives. Honestly - for an online supplier the worst I've used. day 6 and I still have not received my package.
