More concerned about servicing than just selling

I enquired about a product which had unfortunately gone out of stock. Vernon made every effort to source alternative products (monitors) for me. Unfortunately there were none on the market that matched my requirements.<br> <br> A couple weeks later new stock arrived with PC Shoppers suppliers and Vernon promptly contacted me to let me know that newer and better goods had arrived and furthermore offered me a discount! And not a moment to soon as shortly after that all the products were sold to buyers around the country!!!<br> <br> During the whole process through to delivery I was constantly updated.<br> <br> Excellent service,<br> <br> Thank you
