Excellent service from Alvin ****gavanam

What a pleasure dealing with Alvin ****gavanam, they didn't have the item that i needed the next day in stock, he also enquired what i would be using the item for and realised that i was cluless :D he advised me on the route to take or i would have purchased the wrong item. He then arranged for me to do an EFT so that i could collect from the supplier. He promised that he would get back to me by 12pm which he did and i collected the item with no effort. #Alvin****gavanam you are a true example of what customer care is all about!
