Paid for a job not done - then I get attitude too!

I went to their shop twice. First time to get a price (R450) and time to reinstall a notebook and second time to deliver the notebook for the job. Both times I clearly said I wanted a reinatallation. <br> <br> At home I turned on the notebook and immediately saw that no reinstallation had been done. I checked the history files and saw what had been done. Certainly not R450 worth, but besides, I requested and paid for a reinstallation. I telephoned the shop and said I would be returning on Monday to get my money back. I had asked for a reinstallation and that had not been done.
