Not helping to clear my name

I want to warn people who have debt reviews at DC Partners to consider another company. I have paid all my debt about 2 to 3 years ago. With countless phone calls and emails nobody wants to help me to get a clear record . They are still receiving my money because they want to Recife more money from me or are to lazy to help me solve everything and clear my record. So again please be careful and rather get some other company
