Poor service delivery!!!

On 16 December 2014 I brought a computer from PC Palace Route21, Pretoria. Still under guarantee we had to hand in the pc due to a possible hardware problem. \Henry"helped us and promised us that he would send in and for sure we would get feedback from the service provider within 7 days (5 working days). After explaining to him that we needed the pc back ugently"
