Hurry up and wait

Item: Mecer Laptop<br> Date of order confirmed: 20 Jan.<br> <br> I requested an additional 2GB RAM to be installed (the laptop comes with only 2GB), they wanted to charge me R399.00 labor for installing the R298.00 memory module. After I complained about this, they waived the installation charge.<br> <br> Date of laptop available, picked up and paid in full: 29 Jan.<br> <br> Laptop had incorrect OS installed and the Office 365 that should have been part of the bundle was nowhere to be found. <br> <br> Notified PC Palace of missing / incorrect software on 29 Jan.<br> <br> Got feedback on Feb 2 that they will have to collect the notebook to install correct software<br> <br> Laptop collected on Feb 4.<br> <br> Queried status on Feb 9, got feedback that it will probably be ready on Feb 11.<br> <br> I have been without the use of a product that I paid for in full for over 11 days now. This whole ordeal has taken 15+ business day already and is yet to be resolved. <br> <br> I am VERY sorry that I ever recommended PC Palace to friends and family. I am VERY sorry that I did not go to another dealer. <br> <br> I wish I could just have my money back and take my business elsewhere.<br>
